While the Margarita may capture the world's attention, in Mexico, it's much more common to enjoy a Paloma, a straightforward blend of grapefruit soda and tequila with a dash of lime. Mezcal can also be used to create this cocktail, and we strongly recommend trying that variation. Our version of the Paloma takes the classic recipe and intensifies its flavours.
